On-Site Service
VDGE offers On-Site service and support for many types of equipment. We can offer service contracts or programs to support particular lines of equipement that are no longer supported by the OEM. Wether it is annual maintenance, a service request or a Hard Down Tool, we are the name for you to call, and we support many of the most common tools in the fab, including AMAT, Brooks, Equipe, KLA, TEL and many others.
Engineering Projects
VDGE not only supports other OEMs equipment, but also manufactures our own equipment. Our latest project has been the development of a Reticle Shuffler and a Reticle Stocker. We have also assisted in many projects over the years, from Yield Enhancement to Root Failure Analysis and Redesign of products and software. We will do whatever it takes to keep your legacy equipment running or design a new replacement for you..
